Lithium Battery

In June 2018, we received an inquiry about Hailong model from Antoine. In the inquiry, he said in addition to the batteries and chargers, he also wanted to order the controllers and install the controller in the battery rack. He has a shop in France, and help the customers modify the normal bike into electric bike. We are the manufacturer of lithium battery, but if the customers prefer us purchase the other things for them, we will try our best to hep them. So we found a controller factory that we have cooperated before, and send the request of the controller to the factory. After the controller parameters were confirmed, we send the prices for the batteries and controllers to Antoine, he was satisfied with the prices,and placed a sample order. Then we arranged the batteries production, chargers and controllers purchase. When the batteries passed our factory test, we sent the goods to Antoine.

Unfortunately, due to the violent shipping by courier, when Antoine received the goods, one battery case was damaged. This is the first time that we have encountered damage to the goods caused by transportation. The battery could work, just the case is broken. At first we want to send the empty case to Antoine, but he said he don’t know how to change the case. So we decided to send the whole battery to him. Then we immediately arranged to re-produce the batteries and strengthen the package of the goods before sending them to Antoine. After that, he received the perfect goods. Probably because of our good products, good service and after-sales, Antoine continued to place the orders to us.
